Our Booking Process

Here is an overview of our booking process and service principles.

We aim to provide a personalised service and quality products to every customer and strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction in everything we do.

We will listen to your ideas and will look to understand exactly what you want from your shoot to help us deliver your desired aerial film or photographs.

We will provide you with realistic timescales for editing and turnaround of our images and videos but will also keep you up to date with the progress along the way. 

We will work with you to ensure that you are happy with your film or photographs including producing a number of draft edits to get your feedback on until you are 100% satisfied.

Contact us by phone, by email or by completing the contact form on our enquiry page and we will call you back.

Chat to discuss your ideas

We will contact you at a time convenient for you to understand your requirements and ideas. We will take a notes including the location of the shoot, date and what you would like as a final product.
We will answer any questions you may have and also offer advice and recommendations based on our experience. If you are local we will often offer visit the site to get a feel for the location and conduct some preliminary pre-flight checks such as a Radio Frequency sweep.

Pre-Site Survey Checks

We will go away and review all the information provided and firstly make the sure flight can be conducted safely and legally. We will then review other elements which could impact the price of the quote including complexity of the flight, distance from our office and additional support required (if any).


We will then be able to provide you with a quote or a number of different quotes to fit your budget.

We will also offer to beat any like for like written quote.

We can also provide a proposed flight plan for you to review and provide feedback on to help insure the flights cover everything you would like from a shoot.


To secure your booking we will ask for a 20% deposit to be paid by BACS, cheque or PayPal, unless other payment terms have been agreed.


We will monitor the weather forecast 5 days in advance of any shoot. If the weather is not looking suitable for a shoot we will advise you 24 hours prior to the flight.
At this point we will look to reschedule the shoot for another suitable day (if possible) and transfer your deposit to the newly arranged date. We will be as flexible as we can with rescheduling dates.

If it is not possible to reschedule the shoot we will turn up to the location and wait for a gap in the weather to get the shots, if possible. However this is chargeable at the day rate quoted.

Day Of The Shoot

We will turn up on the day and conduct an on site risk assessment. Once we are satisfied the flight can be conducted legally and safely we will conduct our final pre-flight checks and start the shoot.
We will follow your directions and provide you a live feed of the video from the aircraft so you can direct us to get all of your desired shots.

Post Production

We will work on your photo and video material and enhance it using the latest software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom and Apple Final Cut Pro X.

Share Draft Content

We will share with you the draft material to get your feedback. We will make any amendments required based on your comments. We will then send you the revised version for you to review.

We offer unlimited edits until you are completely satisfied with your content.

Download your pictures and video

Once your final content is ready, we will upload it to a secure file sharing service ready for you to download.
We can also offer content via a USB drive upon request.


Once you have received your photographs or video we would ask you that you leave us some honest feedback so other customers can find our services as well as helping us continuously improve.
